With over a decade of leadership at the helm of our company, Francisco Thompson has been a pivotal figure in shaping its vision and structure. His journey in construction began in childhood, assisting his father in building amusement rides. This early exposure not only honed his skills in various construction trades but also instilled in him the fortitude to embrace ambitious and complex projects. His transition into residential and commercial construction was a natural progression, fueled by this foundational experience. Today, Francisco is renowned for his meticulousness in both the construction process and finishing touches. His warm, generous nature is as much a part of his leadership as his focus on nurturing his team and supporting employees and their families.

Joining the construction industry in 2002, Sara Kramer has refined her expertise, particularly in Pre-construction and managing superintendent schedules. In 2009, she brought her rich, family-oriented construction approach to Team Masters Construction. Sara's upbringing instilled in her solid values that are evident in her daily work ethic. She plays a multifaceted role, managing Business Development and Pre-construction, and also excelling as a Project Manager. Sara firmly believes in the power of enduring relationships for business success, whether it's with clients, suppliers, colleagues, or employees. She places great importance on every connection she makes, ensuring that each interaction is valued and nurtured.
